**Job summary**:
**Key responsibilities & duties**:
The Data Capturing Officer’s main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Data collection entry: Accurately capture and enter data from various sources into UIM’s data base and ensure all data is entered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Data verification conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Data Management: maintain, update and organize data in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
- Able to generate reports.
- Compliance: Ensure all data capturing activities comply with relevant and applicable regulations and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Work closely with other departments to gather necessary data.
- Working in a time sensitive environment and able to prioritize transactions.
**Who are we looking for?**
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in data capturing, specifically with CE capturing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
- Preferable, experience in the Trust industry & familiar with database management systems
