**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Strategic sourcing for electrical parts, including cables, PCBA, components, and prescribed materials from our customers etc.
- Driving QLTC performance for our suppliers.
- Aligning on cost reduction programs with various sites within the organization.
- Defining strategies for subcategories within the electrical domain.
- Demonstrating appreciation for technology and techniques involved in electrical manufacturing.
- Utilizing a proven track record in category management to drive effective procurement strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Driving the electrical components procurement, developing a category plan, and aligning the strategy with organizational objectives.
- Managing costs effectively and leading cost management initiatives within the electrical category.
- Leading the development and execution of strategic procurement plans for electrical components.

**Job Requirements**:

- At-least 5+ years in direct procurement
- Bachelors or Master’s in (technical) business administration, supply chain management.
- Proven experience in strategic procurement, specifically in the electrical domain.
- Experience managing large-scale procurement budgets.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in category management.
- Proactive and self-starter mindset.
- Collaborative team player.
- Passion for strategic sourcing and electrical procurement.
