Are you passionate about the maritime and offshore industry and do you have a keen insight into technical systems? We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who will specialize in selling spare parts and consumables for advanced water treatment systems in the maritime and offshore sector. Your interest in technical installations and the world at sea is essential to provide optimal service to our customers.

You will be part of the Trade sales team in Schiedam, consisting of approximately six individuals with different disciplines, and you will also support our sales teams in Singapore, Dubai, and Houston. Collaboration with other departments within Hatenboer-Water is crucial for a successful solution for our customers.

**What are you going to do?****:

- Identifying sales opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the maritime industry.
- Accepting, processing, and handling quotation requests and orders.
- Advising customers on suitable spare parts and consumables for their water treatment systems, taking into account specific maritime environments.
- Actively contributing to the development of sales strategies and plans to increase revenue.
- Collaborating with the team and other departments to offer customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately maintaining CRM, sales-related documentation, and reporting to management.

**Who are you?****:

- You have at least vocational education level (MBO) in terms of work and thinking.
- Proactive attitude towards sales, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
- You have a hands-on mentality.
- You can perform under pressure.
- You can communicate with customers in a pleasant yet results-oriented manner.
