WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Product Line Manager for EMEA Express Lane (Footwear and Apparel), we are looking for someone who will be a leader within our product creation team, working with a positive attitude, an ability to bring people together, and someone who can work with various groups across the organization to help move the team and the product forward.

The nature of the role and specific product responsibility requires someone with a passion for the Jordan Brand, the needs and wants of fans of the brand and an ability for translating that culture into Footwear & Apparel

We're looking for someone who will pioneer new spaces for the Jordan Brand in EMEA. They will establish & maintain connection to teams based on our World Headquarters, and drive and manage all facets of the product creation process.

This person will be responsible for creating consumer-led product briefs that will serve our EMEA marketplace needs. This person will also need to understand and leverage market trends, consumer behaviors & analytics to create insights to bring new products to our consumer.

This person will need to have a great understanding of Jordan footwear and apparel and a passion for product, fashion, color, style, basketball culture and storytelling. They also need excellent communication & organization skills as well as be able to influence, collaborate, and create consensus. They will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills as well as a high level of attention to detail and the ability to create and drive an efficient process. This individual should be able to work well in ambiguity, can evolve and refine the operating model they work within, and can lead a cross-functional team in the creation of product in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Geo Express Lane develops & leverages responsive capabilities & consumer connection to create incremental product opportunities that keep Nike at the forefront of trend in EMEA.

As a Lead Product Line Manager for EMEA Express Lane APP & FTW, your main focus will be on creating consumer-right Jordan product for the EMEA Marketplace. Working with both the apparel and footwear team, across our different product creation tracks. You will be responsible for the product creation process; from consumer insights, briefing, initial concept & sampling and finally to commercialization and production. Your leadership through the process will ensure on-time delivery and development according to critical dates, correct product specification, sustainability, performance, and profitability goals.

You will put the consumer at the center of what we do, collect insights through consumer panels and interviews. Analyzing consumer and market trends, to create impactful product briefs, in addition to working with all product partners to ensure product excellence. You will present the culmination of this work to our cross functional partners to enable the full end to end process to come to life. You will be responsible for achieving revenue and margin goals. You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating the line or specific products to internal and external audiences.

A typical day/week includes ensuring the accuracy of information in key systems, sample management, participating and conducting meetings and providing clear communication to guide cross functional teams thru critical checkpoints. Staying closely connected with the global Jordan teams, as well as the EMEA Gel footwear and apparel teams.
