Job Title: Lead Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for leading the seasonal process and business for Women's Lifestyle Apparel, from future line-planning to seasonal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the EMEA Women's Lifestyle Apparel Merchandising Strategy on a seasonal basis.
  • Manage the Women's Lifestyle Apparel Business all the way from initial concept to seasonal execution throughout the seasonal CODE process.
  • Build and maintain the EMEA product line plan based on consumer-led marketplace capacity information.
  • Regularly feed the Global Teams with the latest consumer and marketplace insights to influence future line-planning.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in (retail) merchandising and/or product creation.
  • Strong teammate and ability to effectively collaborate with peers, cross-functional partners, and senior management.
  • Experience with translating observations of trends, color, materials, and fashion into compelling product and assortment recommendations.
  • A clear understanding of the EMEA consumer and marketplace.
What We Offer:
  • Salary between € 28,- till € 40,- per hour.
  • Temporary role till 30th of September 2025.
  • Work from home allowance of €5 per day on days you are working from home.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance.
Where You Will Work:

You will partner closely with the Consumer Merchants responsible for the assortment and buy plan for Nike Direct Digital Commerce and the most important stores in the Key Cities across the region.

Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
