Voor Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Nederland zoeken we een Associate Director BPT Nederland die een sleutelrol speelt in het benutten van technologie voor strategische groei en het Nederlandse Leadership team komt versterken. Als verbindende schakel tussen ons lokale management en internationale IT-teams speel je een cruciale rol in het versterken van onze processen en resultaten.

Je hebt een passie voor technologie, bedrijfsprocessen en innovatie. Of het nu gaat om het analyseren van IT-systemen, het implementeren van nieuwe technologieën, of het leiden van strategische IT-projecten, jij weet hoe je technologie kunt inzetten om bedrijfsdoelen te behalen. Je bent niet bang om bestaande processen uit te dagen en veranderingen door te voeren. Daarnaast weet je teams te inspireren, stakeholders mee te nemen en resultaten te boeken door samenwerking en strategie.

Dit is de uitdaging die op je wacht:

- Het adviseren van lokale teams over IT-diensten, technologie en innovaties.
- Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de BPT-strategie voor Nederland, in samenwerking met centrale IT-teams.
- Het leiden van IT-projecten en ervoor zorgen dat ze concrete bedrijfsresultaten opleveren.
- Het organiseren van workshops over onderwerpen zoals AI, data-analyse en cybersecurity.
- Het fungeren als brug tussen lokale en internationale teams en strategieën.
- Het inspireren en ontwikkelen van IT-talent binnen je team.

**Je bent ‘the original taste’**

Voor deze strategische IT-rol zoeken we een kandidaat die strategisch kan denken, innovatief is en tegelijkertijd pragmatisch te werk gaat. Daarnaast beschik je over:

- Een afgeronde master in bijvoorbeeld Business Administration, IT Management of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in IT-projectmanagement en leiderschap.
- Kennis van systemen zoals SAP of Salesforce en ervaring met data & analytics.
- Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een resultaatgerichte mindset.
