**This is your daily Action**:
Other tasks;
- Initiates, manages and contributes to continuous improvements and (small) projects
- Manages small HRIS system based projects and ensures the correct introduction and implementation of new and enhanced functionality
- Coaches/trains team members within the team
- Challenges, sets up and applies country specific rulings provided by HR experts and country HR management
- Critically reviews and analyzes (new) functionality and incidents in order to recommend, develop and implement changes leading to best-practice operations

**Meet your team**:
Action has expanded rapidly, and this required the HR department to respond accordingly. Besides HR Services, Action has a ‘center of excellence’ for Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Projects and HR Business Partner team. HR Services is a team of approximately 200 people working in teams; HR Admin, Payroll, HRIS Development. The HRIS development team is covering the whole HR system landscape for all countries within Action.

**This is you**:
As a HRIS Expert you have a very fine eye for detail and deep understanding of HR systems and interfaces. You have the ability to analyse configuration and combine the functional requirements from HR teams with technical specification and provide software solution recommendations. You have a high-level of experience in system configuration in SuccessFactors. Stakeholder management across levels and cultures is one of your strengths as well. You are self-driven, proactive and you have a very good time
- and task management. You are able to prioritize your tasks. You are a good communicator, and you are able translate complex technical changes for the end user.

Additionally, you have:

- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Data analytics, HR, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field of study or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in an international environment
- In depth knowledge in SuccessFactors - certified is an advantage
- Experience with HR cloud solutions preferably SuccessFactors
- Excellent knowledge of English, the Dutch language is preferred
