**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking an experienced Manager Supply Chain to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee factory services, logistics, and supply chain operations across multiple sites. Your primary responsibilities include managing internal/external logistics, warehousing, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. You will ensure smooth operations in a cost-effective and efficient manner, manage relationships with suppliers, and lead sustainability and quality initiatives across the factory.

You will also be accountable for managing a motivated and skilled team to meet business objectives while optimizing processes, reducing costs, and implementing continuous improvements in productivity and sustainability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee logistics, warehousing, and automation services.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of utilities and materials.
- Establish and manage supplier contracts to minimize costs and maximize service.
- Lead sustainability and quality initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics and factory operations.
- Manage a motivated, skilled team to meet performance objectives.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree in Logistics, Commerce, IT, or Engineering.
- At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain management and preferably an engineering background.
- Stakeholder management, strong communication and highly empathetic.
- Experience with data-driven stock management and warehouse design.
- Logistics service management and knowledge of local/global P&P requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and use of logistics software systems (e.g., RTT Warehousing).
- Familiarity with QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO18001).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing (we call it OPEN+).
- Proven leadership qualities.
- Fluent in English and Dutch is a plus.
