**Introduction to the job**:
A challenging opportunity within Customer Supply Chain Management division for professionals with a quality driven mindset who have communication and interpersonal skills to drive operational excellence and create collaboration with other departments.

Fast market introduction of ASML’s newest technologies requires logistic quality assurance on all levels in the supply chain. Dead on Arrival (DoA) of customer spare parts and tools is the most undesired form of non-quality in the supply chain. DoA’s can result in unacceptable downtime of the machines at our customers sites. Quality Coordinator is responsible mainly for maintaining and improving our quality processes like stock-purge, Quality inspections, DOA root-cause analysis and field support for issue resolution (IRR’s).

**Role and responsibilities**:
As a Quality coordinator, you will act as interface for D&E, Factories and supply chain engineers towards field. You will collaborate and communicate with colleagues in our global warehouses and colleagues at Veldhoven, you will ensure that the impact on availability of spare parts and tools in the field is minimized. Furthermore, you will coordinate stock-purges, support in DOA investigation, support the clean bench processes and identify and drive improvement projects for our internal quality processes. The logístical processes are executed in up to 50 (outsourced) warehouses in Asia, US and Europe. Therefore international teamwork is a significant part of the job.
- Act as sparring partner for logístical quality issues found in our world-wide warehouses
- Close monitoring of all stakeholders on stock purge progress
- Coordinate and mitigate the impact of stock purge on the stock level by aligning with all affected stakeholders and corresponding planners
- Be the central point of contact for quality issues coming from the field
- Act as a Quality Engineer by giving support and by following up on quality issues
- You will be monitoring Logistic DoA KPI, identifying gaps that led to quality issues, work on improvements and close blind spots in supply chain processes

**Education and experience**:

- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Technical/Business area (e.g. Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration ) with 5-6 years work experience
- Experience with quality and/or quality tools: nice to have
- Preferably had experienced handling escalations and other urgent requests
- SAP experience - very nice to have
- MS-Office skilled, specifically MS Excel
- Data analytics skills (E.g. Power BI) - nice to have

**Other information**:
The Quality Coordinator will be part of the CSCM Quality team in Veldhoven. This team is responsible for securing (Logistics) Quality of parts so material availability can be assured for ASML’s world-wide operating installed base. To reach this goal, the CSCM Quality team is responsible for operational work streams like stock-purge and field support for issue resolution of different type. Apart from that, team performs DoA root-cause analysis and drives and executes a program of process improvements. This position will help being successful in both, preventing our customers from getting DoA’s and reducing waste and non-quality issues within our internal processes.
