We are searching for an experienced Quality Manager at our Venray facility.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
As a Quality Manager (1fte), you are responsible for improving customer satisfaction and processes within Oliver Venray. You ensure compliance with quality standards such as FDA GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO 13485:2016, lead audits, manage quality documentation, and drive process optimization. Additionally, you develop a strong Quality team and collaborate with other departments to promote innovation and efficiency.
In this role, you lead quality processes by setting annual goals, translating them into monthly objectives, and prioritizing them. You serve as the ISO Management Representative, organize certification and customer audits, and lead management reporting. Together with managers from other departments, you ensure compliance with quality standards, review documentation, and support the development of policies, procedures, and work instructions.
You build a competent Quality team through coaching, guidance, and training, and encourage collaboration with other departments in the development of new products, designs, and methods. You manage the quality documentation system and analyze quality results to identify trends and suggest improvements. At the same time, you ensure the quick and effective resolution of customer complaints and implement preventive actions within the CAPA-program.
You also work closely with Operations and Engineering to support product and process validation activities and play a key role in supplier management by qualifying and requalifying suppliers. Finally, you ensure that all employees at Oliver Venray are well-informed and trained in the quality policy.

**Required Qualifications**:
What do we ask of you for this position?
**Education and Experience**: You have a Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, Engineering or a similar field and you have more than 5 years of experience in leadership and quality role. You are familiar with Total Quality Management, FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO 13485. You also have knowledge and experience in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), First Article Packages and quality systems and their development and implementation.

**Problem Solving Ability**: You have the ability to understand problems and define next steps that lead to effective solutions.
**Analytical Ability**: You have strong analytical skills, including the use of simple and complex quality tools.
**Communication skills**: You have very good oral and written communication skills in the English language and understand customer language. You have the ability to formulate reports, business correspondence and procedures and respond to both internal and external inquiries.
**Team player**: You are able to work effectively with various teams in Venray and Oliver Global to complete activities in a timely manner.
**Improvement-oriented**: You have the knowledge and experience to organize and lead Kaizens, leading to continuous quality improvement within processes and the team.
