**About the role**:
We are currently looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** to strengthen the technical team at our Utrecht site. Your role is key to ensure the proper functioning of the maintenance service by managing the administrative part, guarantee clean & updated data, facilitating all processes and helping the team.
This is a full-time temporary role for 1 year with a part-time arrangement if needed.

Kerry has 4 manufacturing sites in Netherlands. In Utrecht, we produce hydrolysed proteins that are used in the food industry in confectionery, special food for patients in hospitals and baby food. The production department ensures the correct production of the hydrolysed proteins.
**Key responsibilities**:
You will be in charge of:
- Enter Articles into SAP: Efficiently input and manage articles within the SAP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Data Collection: Gather essential master data required for article entry, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Inventory Counts: Conduct regular inventory counts using the SAP system to maintain precise stock levels.
- Corrections and Adjustments: Implement necessary corrections in SAP based on inventory counts to ensure data integrity.
- Procedure Documentation: Develop and document procedures for regular inventory counts, enabling seamless handover to other team members.
- Support Tasks: Handle various support tasks, such as receiving and processing goods for the Technical Service, contributing to smooth operations.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- MBO-level education
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Experience in a technical field (e.g., technical wholesale, installation technology, chemistry, food industry, pharma)
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
- Independent worker with problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator within small, informal teams and across locations.
