**Operations Leader**
Ben jij diegene die sterke affiniteit heeft met procestechniek, maar nog gekker is op het ontwikkelen van mensen en veiligheid zeer hoog in het vaandel heeft staan?
Binnen onze productie afdeling hebben we een vacature voor een Operations Leader die leiding geeft aan ca. 15 Operators in een 5-ploegen continudienst rooster binnen een dynamische omgeving. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een team van 10 Operations Leaders die op een eenduidige en uniforme wijze leiding geven aan de ploegen, zonder zichzelf daarbij te verliezen. Tijdens de dienst draag jij de eindverantwoordelijkheid over meerdere fabrieken van Fibrant op onze productielocatie in Geleen waarbij je ondersteund wordt door de Operations Experts en de Operators op de ploegen. Daarnaast word je op dagdienst ondersteund door onze Operations Support afdeling en voor training & opleiding door onze People Development Academy. Jij voelt je comfortabel met het feit dat je kunt bouwen op de expertise van de Operations Experts en de Operators en draagt graag de eindverantwoordelijkheid zonder zelf alle technische details te kennen.
**De rol en verantwoordelijkheden van de Operations Leader**
Als Operations Leader bij Fibrant heb je een bijzonder veelzijdige rol die zich richt op 1 plant unit: ontwikkeling van de mens, veiligheid en productie.
Ontwikkeling van de mens
In deze rol draag je zorg voor kwalitatief en kwantitatief goede personele bezetting van de ploeg op zowel de korte en lange termijn door:
- Het stimuleren, ontwikkelen en coachen van de medewerkers in je team;
- Het op niveau brengen, houden en vergroten van het kennisniveau van je team in samenwerking met onze People Development Academy;
- Samen met je collega’s en productie management de doorstroom van talent te organiseren en nieuwe instroom te plannen voor de gehele continudienst organisatie;
- Het initiëren en stimuleren van een cultuur van vertrouwen binnen Fibrant, met de kernwaarden Connected, Responsible & No Bullshit.
Veiligheid
Een zeer belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid die je hebt in je functie is het borgen van de veiligheid van je medewerkers op de ploeg en iedereen in je huisbaasgebied. Dit betekent onder andere:
- Zorgdragen voor het naleven van milieu
- en veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen het gehele huisbaasgebied;
- Direct actie ondernemen bij afwijkende/onveilige situaties;
- Regelmatig SHE-audits/inspecties uitvoeren;
- Zorgdragen voor orde en netheid in de installaties.
Productie
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de afgesproken productiedoelen volgens de vereiste specificaties en geldende werkprocessen. Je zorgt in samenwerking met je collega Operations Leaders voor optimale continuïteit van de productie over de diensten heen.
Je bespreekt complexe storingen en het plan van aanpak met de Operations manager (inclusief de te nemen veiligheids
- en milieumaatregelen).
Je bent de plaatsvervanger van je collega Operations leader van de andere Plant Unit op jouw ploeg. In het geval van zijn afwezigheid neem jij de operationele taken en verantwoordelijkheden van hem over.

**Werken bij Fibrant**
Als Operations Leader kom je terecht in een ondernemend en divers team op onze productiesite in Geleen.
Afhankelijk van jouw werkervaring biedt Fibrant een salaris (C40) van 66.818-94.925 EUR bruto per jaar (op basis van 40 uur). Aangezien jij gaat werken in 5-ploegendienst krijg je bovenop het salaris nog een ploegentoeslag van 30%.
Daarnaast kent Fibrant aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden waaronder een flexibel persoonlijk budget, in te zetten voor bijvoorbeeld extra verlofdagen of een extra betaling.
