**Wat ga je doen?**:
Als site director ben jij de spil in de facilitaire dienstverlening op onze locatie in Amsterdam, waar Sodexo en Shell ETCA de handen ineenslaan. Hier draait alles om een soepele en efficiënte operationele ondersteuning. Het is een omgeving met een laboratorium, kantoren en diensten, wat de rol nog dynamischer maakt. Jouw missie is het opbouwen van sterke klantrelaties en het behalen van financiële doelstellingen.

Binnen dit account ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige facilitaire spectrum, inclusief een complexe technische scope van onderhoud en projecten. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat onze opdrachtgever op alle fronten wordt ontzorgd.

Je belangrijkste taken als General Services Manager omvatten:

- Managen van de facilitaire en technische dienstverlening op de klantlocatie.
- Zorgen voor een gegarandeerd serviceniveau volgens contractuele afspraken.
- Fungeren als een brug tussen verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders om een naadloze samenwerking te garanderen.
- Samenwerken en afstemmen met diverse afdelingen binnen Sodexo, en een hecht team aansturen.
- Periodiek rapporteren over de geleverde diensten aan zowel de klant als de Sodexo-organisatie.
- Budgetbeheer en voortdurende financiële balansmonitoring op de locatie(s).
- Beoordeling en sturing van de gestelde KPI's.
- Het signaleren van prioriteiten en risicovolle situaties (veiligheid) en het adviseren over oplossingsrichtingen.

- Een contract voor 40 uur per week.
- Een salaris tot maximaal € 7.500 bruto per maand (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband).
- 32 vrije dagen (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband) met de mogelijkheid 6 dagen bij te kopen of 12 te verkopen.
- Telefoon, laptop en bedrijfsauto.
- Een thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,00 per thuisgewerkte dag.
- Daarnaast ontvang je een pensioenregeling, winstdelingsregeling, korting op zorgverzekering, en er is een voordeelshop waar je gebruik van kunt maken.

**Waar ga je het doen?**:
Sodexo verzorgt het Integraal Facilitair Manager bij Shell ETCA. De Energy Transition Campus Amsterdam huisvest onder meer laboratoria, kantoren en testomgevingen. Het is het grootste laboratorium in Europa, er werken in totaal 1.000 mensen uit 50 landen. En er zijn meerdere Energy Start-Ups gevestigd, waardoor de locatie enorm divers is.

**Wat breng je mee?**:
We zoeken naar een pragmatische leider die snel oplossingen vindt en nauw samenwerkt met de klant om de dienstverlening te optimaliseren. Technische expertise is een pre.
- Minimaal een bachelor diploma in bedrijfskunde, techniek of een gerelateerd vakgebied; een masterdiploma is een pluspunt.
- Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur als Site Director of vergelijkbaar.
- Ruime ervaring in leveranciers
- en contract
- en stakeholder management.
- Bewezen trackrecord in het implementeren van operationele verbeteringen en het behalen van meetbare resultaten.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, gezien het internationale karakter van de klant.
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, met een resultaatgerichte mentaliteit.
- Ervaring in complexe technische omgevingen.
