Are you the Management Assistant we are looking for?
The Credit Chain Oversight Committee (CCOC) has been put in place to steer and monitor the delivery of the SREP Comprehensive Action Plan. And thus supports the delivery of a bank-wide regulatory compliant credit chain. Formally the CCOC is an advisory committee to the Executive Board and it consists of ExBo and ELT members and acts as a single point of escalation for all of the change programs across the end-to-end credit chain, with the intention to get us to timely execution. The end-to-end credit chain consists of four domains: (1) the Customer Data Solutions Domain, (2) the Credit Domain, (3) the Data Domain and (4) the Finance & Risk Domain.
**Your job**:
The assistant to the Lead of the Credit Chain Oversight Committee Program Office (CCOC PMO) is the Lead’s right-hand and an important linking pin within the CCOC PMO. You will be involved in a number of support activities, such as agenda management for the Lead of CCOC PMO, (HR) administration and the facilities around organizing meetings, conferences, offsites and team parties.
- You are accurate, proactive, discrete and have a flexible work attitude.
- You move easily within the organization and have a good social antenna.
- You are eager to learn and are open to feedback (receiving and giving).
- You are willing to roll up your sleeves, think in terms of solutions, you can easily and quickly switch between different activities and have insight and overview of this.
- You communicate clearly and know how to get things done in a pleasant way.
- You have organizational talent with an eye for detail.
**Your profile**:
- Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level
- At least 5-8 years of relevant work experience (secretarial experience in financial services)
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week
- You are digitally savvy
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
- You are curious and would like to solve cases
- Knowledge of and experience with the ABN AMRO organisation, systems and processes is an advantage

- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
- An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
- An excellent pension scheme.
