Purchase Administration Associate

Crown Bioscience in Leiden is looking for an administrative talent, who enjoys playing a key role within our laboratory procurement team in processing invoices which are then further processed by the finance team. You will be working within the Purchasing/Logistics team, part of the Lab Support team under the supervision of the Lab Manager.
At Crown Bioscience in Leiden, we test compounds from our pharmaceutical customers on our cell lines and organoid models. Materials are also regularly shipped between our sites and customers around the world from our Purchasing/Logistics team. In addition, all products needed to keep the Crown Bioscience laboratory and all support departments functioning optimally are of course ordered and processed. As we want to optimise our work processes and ensure a clear segregation of tasks, space has arisen for a new colleague who will take responsibility for invoice administration.
You will work closely with and be part of the Lab Support team and will frequently interact and communicate with our company's Finance Department. You will do your very best, within your responsibilities, to make the processing of invoices as smooth as possible.
**Job requirements**:
- MBO work/thinking level or higher
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- 1 year working in a purchase/administrative position
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
- Oracle is a big plus
- Experience with MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Proactive personality who knows how to get things done
- Able to solve problems quickly
- Strong skills in planning, prioritizing and able to keep overview at all times
- You must live in The Netherlands and be allowed to work in The Netherlands (no sponsorship possible)
