**Head of CRO Strategy and Project Management Office**
As Head of CRO Strategy and Project Management (PM) Office you are responsible for the strategic project agenda of Compliance, Legal and Risk (“CLR”) and its adequate execution. You will coordinate, facilitate, manage/partner with the CLR Project Managers. You are a member of the MT CRO and are reporting directly to DLL Executive Board CRO. You will need to be able to leverage your network in a matrix environment with a diverse set of stakeholders. In this role, you will need to have strategic, technical and interpersonally strong skills.

**Day to day**:
Strategy:

- Member of CRO management team and head of the CRO Strategy and PM Office.
- Act as a sparring partner to the DLL EB and senior leadership
- Support the CRO and MT CRO on strategy, such as strategy development on DLL Group level as well as CLR domain level and manage and monitor the progress and realization thereof
- Contribute to the formulation of the Group Compliance, Legal, and Risk Vision and Strategy aligned with Rabobank and translate these together with the DLL MTP, Finance MTP and GBU strategies into the CLR roadmap.
- Responsible for managing project priorities, timelines, budgets, investments and resourcing.
- Stimulate a CLR community and play a coordinating role in CLR communication (VLOGs, SharePoint Sites, Portals)
- Effectively manage the CLR Strategy and PM Office members and ensure an agile way of working and focus on future skill set steering.
- Support the CRO transformation area Risk-Reward-Sustainability balance/triangle as part of DLL Business Strategy together with the Chief Commercial Officer.

Project Management:

- Define standard process and procedure and enhance the existing methodologies for project management, with a key focus on embedding Agile way of working.
- Document, consolidate and manage project risks, issues and lessons learned from projects and programs.
- Project manager role on initiation, set-up and management of strategic and high profile CLR projects
- Ensure that relevant Committees, Boards and steering groups within DLL can monitor and track-trace key CLR projects and programs. Create and distribute progress and exception reports on status of projects and programs to the relevant Committees, Boards and steering groups are timely provided.
- Develop the activities and tools for the identification, collection and sharing of lessons learned in and for projects, supporting the sharing of learnings for future projects.
- Stay in close alignment with other project management developments and members within DLL.

**Essentials**:

- A master’s degree
- At least 15 years of experience in a financial industry, strategy consulting or project management role, including leadership experience.
- Preferable extensive knowledge regarding leasing business models and/or banking in general and way-of-working on a corporate and country level.
- Project management and analytics skills.
- Have a vision for the organization, able to collaborate and communicate to inspire action to take others on a journey. Clear ability to manage potential resistance during such a journey.
- Strong commitment and responsibility in ensuring that not only project deliverables, but also project results are achieved
- Strong capabilities and experience in inspirational hierarchical / functional managing and steering
- Proven implementation power
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior leaders, develop strong network and understand needs of key stakeholders
- The ability to summarize complex matters in simple and clear terms
- Stakeholder Management and influencing skills
- Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
