**Wat je kan verwachten**
Serre Restaurant is bekroond met een Bib Gourmand vanwege de uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Gasten zijn de hele dag welkom, of zij nu komen voor een zakenlunch, een welverdiend glas wijn, een heerlijk diner met vrienden of een feestelijke bijeenkomst met familie. De menukaart is een internationale mix van zowel klassieke als vernieuwende gerechten.

Als leerling ben je samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van een grote diversiteit aan gerechten op het hoogste niveau, het uitvoeren van mise en place activiteiten, het schoonhouden van de keuken, het optimaal laten functioneren van de toegewezen partie en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe items voor het menu. Je hoofdtaken zullen zijn:

- Het bereiden van gerechten conform de vastgestelde standaarden, receptuur en planning;
- Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van producten voor het menu;
- Het treffen van voorbereidingen met betrekking tot gerechten;
- Het beoordelen van de kwaliteit, versheid en houdbaarheid van ingrediënten;
- Het verzekeren van de kwaliteit, smaak, structuur en kleur van gerechten en het aanpassen daarvan wanneer nodig;
- Het naleven van voorschriften met betrekking tot hygiëne.

Wees gerust, je werkt niet alleen Naast werken binnen je eigen team, werk je ook nauw samen met andere teams binnen het hotel. Want alleen door samen te werken bereiken we de beste resultaten. Je werkt in wisseldiensten gedurende 7 dagen per week, met tijden tussen 12:00 - 22:00. Je werkt 4 dagen per week, 8 uur per dag. Ook op feestdagen wordt er gewerkt.

**Wat wij bieden**
- Contract: Leerling contract, 12 maanden
- Salaris: Leerling salaris. Klik HIER voor het salaris overzicht
- Vakantiedagen: 21 dagen op basis van 0.8 FTE
- Bonus: 1 week salaris wanneer het hotel haar gebudgetteerde GOP (Gross Operating Profit) behaalt
- 8% vakantiegeld (pro rato);
- Compensatie voor Nationale feestdagen
- Horeca CAO is van toepassing;
- Algemene Pensioen regeling van Horeca en Catering;
- Aantrekkelijke family en friends rates op overnachtingen bij Hotel Okura Amsterdam
- Één keer per jaar personeelskorting in een van de restaurants (50%);
- Personeelskorting in onze restaurants (20%);
- Tegemoetkoming in reiskosten vanaf 10 km (enkele reis)
- Na het behalen van de proeftijd ontvang je een overnachting met ontbijt cadeau (2 personen), zodat je het hotel kan ervaren als een gast

Wij zijn in de eerste plaats geïnteresseerd in jou en hoe wij jou de beste leerling ervaring kunnen bieden. Daarnaast verwachten wij van jou het volgende:

- Je bent leerling aan een van de ROC scholen in Nederland;
- Je bent leergierig en staat open voor feedback;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je kan je uitdrukken in het Engels (lezen en spreken);
- Je bent in staat om accuraat, georganiseerd en zelfstandig te werken.
