Jouw uitdagingen
- Ondersteunen van salesplannen: Je helpt bij het uitvoeren, monitoren en optimaliseren van salesacties, zodat we onze commerciële doelen halen.
- Focus op accounts en targets: Jij zorgt ervoor dat het salesteam in Rotterdam enthousiast blijft, klantrelaties versterkt en de klanttevredenheid vergroot.
- Samenwerken met key stakeholders: Je ondersteunt de Business Development Manager, Leadpartner Advisory Rotterdam en de Salespartner om onze commerciële strategie in Rotterdam verder uit te bouwen.
- Organiseren van salesmeetings en events: Een belangrijke taak is ook het organiseren van interne salesmeetings en (kennis) events voor relaties, zodat we zichtbaar blijven in de markt.
- Relatiebeheer versterken: Je draagt actief bij aan het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties door het voorbereiden van infopacks voor klantbezoeken.
- Samenwerken met verschillende teams: Je werkt nauw samen met zowel regionale als centrale salesteams en implementeert best practices in de regio.
- Vergroten van onze zichtbaarheid: Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het vergroten van de (digitale) zichtbaarheid van onze Advisory afdeling in Rotterdam.

Dit neem jij mee
- Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-studie, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van communicatie of commerciële economie.
- Met 0-3 jaar relevante werkervaring ben je klaar om zelfstandig én in teamverband te werken. Bovendien ben je een onmisbare schakel tussen de verschillende interne stakeholders.
- Creatief, commercieel en hands-on: jij weet waar de kansen in de regio Rotterdam liggen en weet ze om te zetten in actie.
- Je bent accuraat, gestructureerd en werkt doortastend.
- Enthousiasme zit in je DNA: je bent daadkrachtig, commercieel ingesteld en proactief.
- Je hebt een sterke focus op zowel professionele als persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
- Je hebt kennis van MS Office applicaties en bij voorkeur Salesforce

Met jouw bijdrage verstreken we klantrelaties en verhogen we de klanttevredenheid. Samen met het energieke team werk je aan het uitbreiden van onze commerciële strategie. Je ondersteunt de Business Development Manager, de Lead Partner Advisory en de Sales Partner in Rotterdam, en bent een drijvende kracht achter interne salesmeetings en (kennis)events. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat onze zichtbaarheid in de regio groeit en we als ‘thought leaders’ voorop blijven lopen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het opbouwen en ondersteunen van sterke klantrelaties. Je bereidt overtuigende informatie decks voor klantbezoeken voor, werkt nauw samen met regionale en centrale salesteams en implementeert best practices in Rotterdam. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in het vergroten van onze (digitale) zichtbaarheid, wat jouw positie binnen ons team tot een succes maakt.
