**Quality Manager**

As a Quality Manager, you will lead our Quality Department, comprising 35 dedicated professionals, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

If you are a strategic and inspirational leader with a passion for excellence, we want you to drive our quality initiatives and elevate our department to the next level. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our quality strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**What else are you responsible for?**
- Leading and developing the quality strategy
- Ensuring that products delivered to customers fulfill agreed and defined quality and sustainability requirements.
- Oversee quality innovation and improvement projects.
- Managing and certification of the local Quality integrated management system.
- Manage customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services that meet group QA expectations.

**What will a week look like as a Quality Manager at Canpack**:

- A weekly check-in with your direct reports (QC Manager, CTS Manager, QMS Engineer and QI Engineer), to coach and motivate them.
- You collect Quality data to present to HQ.
- Develop, implement, verify and validate food safety and QA processes and procedures used to monitor and update quality systems.
- You manage BRCGS deviations, immediately and on an ongoing basis. You will assist in the training and development of production staff in these areas.
- You coordinate the delivery and service of our products between operations and CTS.
- You conduct Gemba walks and engage with frontline employees.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the Qualities departments success.
- You brainstorm about and initiate improvements to support all Canpack staff in achieving quality and safety objectives.
- You coordinate production site processes with Quality systems like ISO, BRC, and DPG.

- You have no shortage of analytical thinking You excel at assessing complex situations and are skilled in data-driven decision-making.
- You hold a higher vocational (HBO) or university (WO) degree in a Business / Industrial Management or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience with Quality Management, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- You are available for 32 to 40 hours a week.
- You are familiar with ISO/BRC standards, HACCP principles and health & safety regulations.
- You have excellent command of the English (and Dutch) language (B2 level).
