**Brainboss is Seeking a Graphic Designer to lead our brand transformation**

Are you a passionate graphic designer with a keen eye for building impactful brand identities? Brainboss is seeking a talented and experienced designer to join our growing team and lead the visual transformation of our brand.

In this role, you'll be the creative force behind shaping Brainboss's evolution into a leading international player among other consultancies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a cohesive brand theme vision that will guide Brainboss for the coming years.
- Build prototypes and demos for new or existing products
- Translate the brand vision into tangible design elements across all platforms, including:

- Digital graphics
- Website design
- Marketing materials
- Brand style guide creation and implementation
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Cultivate brand awareness through creative designs representing our service offering.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
- Contribute to elevating our brand identity and visual design to a new level.
- Elevate our brand identity to the level of our corporate competition.

**You're a perfect fit if you**:

- Have proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to develop cohesive and impactful brand identities.
- Are experienced with digital graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Are able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about innovation and have a desire to be part of a fast-paced and growing company.
- Have experience working with service providers and software companies.
- A strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles (if applicable).
- Are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
