In het EDCO HQ, gelegen op een steenworp afstand van Eindhoven Airport houd jij je bezig met het ondersteunen van twee MT-Leden. Ben jij de dynamische organisator die wij zoeken? **Functieomschrijving**:
Als Personal Assistant ben je in staat snel te denken en minstens zo snel te acteren. De twee MT-leden waar je voor gaat werken hebben een volle agenda, waarin veel van hen gevraagd wordt. Als zijn PA zorg je ervoor dat die agenda's niet alleen zo efficiënt mogelijk ingericht worden, maar ook dat je hen om die agenda's heen op alle mogelijke manieren ontzorgt. Je bereidt meetings en documenten voor, regelt declaraties en organiseert (internationale) reizen. Proactief als je bent, denk je niet één, maar tien stappen vooruit, en let je altijd op de kleinste details. Als de MT-leden je iets vragen, kunnen ze er volledig op vertrouwen dat elke taak bij jou in goede handen is. Omdat je heel snel begrijpt wat er precies moet gebeuren, gaat dat altijd snel, soepel en efficiënt. Samen met onze andere Personal Assistant vorm je samen het PA-team en help je elkaar waar mogelijk.

**Jouw taken omvatten onder andere**:

- Opstellen van correspondentie, rapporten en presentaties.
- Voorbereiden en notuleren van vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten.
- Regelen van administratieve zaken rond buitenlandse reizen en het ontvangen van bezoekers.
- Verzamelen en verwerken van gegevens met betrekking tot omzet, productgroepen en targets.
- Identificeren van verbeterpunten in interne communicatie en procedures.
- Ondersteunende taken voor diverse afdelingen.

De rol is een mooie kans voor een gedreven PA die goed gedijt in een dynamische, internationale omgeving. EDCO heeft veel internationale klanten en collega’s, waardoor uitstekende Engelse vaardigheden - gesproken en geschreven - voor deze rol essentieel zijn. Je bent proactief, flexibel en werkt uiterst secuur. Ervaring in een soortgelijke omgeving is geen harde eis, een leergierige houding en de gave om je snel dingen eigen te maken zijn dat wél. Want dat je in deze rol en bij EDCO veel kunt leren en jezelf kunt ontwikkelen, staat vast.

**Functie-eisen**:

- HBO werk
- en denkniveau.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; kennis van het Duits is een grote plus.
- Een vriendelijke organisatiesesitieve persoonlijkheid.
- Representativiteit en een klantgerichte, proactieve houding.
