**Your Role**

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle and build your own business by establishing client relationships and filling their vacancies with top talent.
- **Consultancy**:Deliver top-tier talent to clients while serving as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on their hiring needs.
- **Client Acquisition**:Actively seek out and establish new client connections through proactive phone outreach and networking.

**What You Bring**
- **Motivation and Ambition**: You thrive in a performance-driven environment and are eager to grow.
- **Experience**: While sales experience is a plus, it is not required. Experience in hospitality, sales, recruitment, or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluency in either German and English or Dutch and English (C1-C2 level) is highly desirable. If not, relevant experience with near-native English proficiency + B2B Sales experience is required.
- **Location**: You should reside in or around Amsterdam or have concrete plans to relocate.
