**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and map existing production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, waste and opportunities.
- Evaluating performance accurately and efficiently through data analysis and process mapping.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead improvement projects and ensure effective implementation within established deadlines and coordinate with different departments.
- Encouraging and mentoring teams while fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand requirements, and implement solutions.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality. (e.g. Analyze “Production Events”, develop Quality Improvement Programs).
- Monitoring performance and results by setting up KPIs (such as OEE) to measure the progress of improvement projects and ensure that targets are met.
- Provide updates and report to the management team on project statuses and outcomes.
- Oversee all project stages, from planning to completion, including budget oversight.
- Using appropriate methods to measure, analyze, and assess in order to accurately identify and document process improvements.
- Keep current with industry trends and best practices to integrate them into our Company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a business
- or engineering-related discipline.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills: strong analytical skills to identify trends, optimize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. For instance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.
- Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies. Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business awareness with the ability to work in a complex, dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Behavior driven by compliance, ethics, integrity, and humility.
- Strong collaboration, communication, networking, organizing and interpersonal skills.
