**THE ROLE**:
As the Continuous Improvement Lead at Damen Naval, you are responsible for the (ISO 9001) continuous improvement processes and procedures for the shipbuilding project(s) you are assigned to. You ensure the QA handbook is updated and oversee, advise, and report about quality issues occurring in the project(s) assigned to you.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
To excel as the Continuous Improvement Lead, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- 3+ years of experience with (ISO 9001) continuous improvement processes, preferably acquired in the naval, defense or shipbuilding industry.
- Experienced with manufacturing techniques and processes, preferably in the naval shipbuilding industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Business Administration, Maritime Technology or Shipbuilding.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent references antecedents as a pre-employment security screening is standard part of the recruitment procedure.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
To excel as the Continuous Improvement Lead, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, preferably acquired in the naval, defense or shipbuilding industry.
- Experienced with manufacturing techniques and processes, preferably in the naval shipbuilding industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Business Administration, Maritime Technology or Shipbuilding.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent references antecedents as a pre-employment security screening is standard part of the recruitment procedure.
