**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als ERP Site Implementation Lead ga je de komende 12 maanden een sleutelpositie innemen in de implementatie van Oracle Fusion in Nederland. Je gaat deel uitmaken van de divisie Manufacturing & Supply en na succesvolle implementatie in de VS is nu Nederland aan de beurt. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om te verzekeren dat de Nederlandse productielocatie klaar is voor de implementatie van dit nieuwe ERP systeem. Dit doe je onder meer door het effectief opzetten, beoordelen, auditen en uitrollen van processen en procedures. Je rapporteert aan de ERP Deployment Lead.
Jouw taken omvatten onder meer:

- Leiden van organisatieveranderingen;
- Zorgen voor de effectiviteit van de projectcommunicatie en creëren van een feedbackcultuur tussen het projectteam, het Site Senior Leadership Team (SLT) en de medewerkers van de locatie;
- Assisteren bij de gap analyse en ondersteuning en uitvoering van activiteiten om de geïdentificeerde hiaten/veranderingen te dichten;
- Samenwerken het SLT en het projectteam aan de go-live van het EPR-systeem, inclusief bedrijfscontinuïteitsplanning, benodigde site downtime en overzicht van openstaande punten op het moment van go-live;
- Beheren van het implementatieplan en de communicatiestrategie binnen de site;
- Fungeren als escalatiepunt tussen het site-implementatieteam, het SLT en het projectteam, waarbij je projectleden verantwoordelijk houdt voor het uitvoeren van acties binnen de afgesproken tijdslijnen;
- Zorgdragen voor bijgewerkte procedures en documentatie;
- User Acceptance Testen op de locatie leiden, indien nodig deelnemen aan testcycli en coördineren met relevante stakeholders. Hierbij fungeer je als superuser en ambassadeur van het nieuwe ERP systeem;
- Samenwerken met andere site-implementatieleiders, waarbij KPI's, geleerde lessen, risico's en communicatiemiddelen worden gedeeld.

**Jouw profiel**
Om succesvol te zijn als ERP Site Implementation Lead is het belangrijk dat je beschikt over relevante ervaring als leider van een ERP systeemimplementatie (liefst SAP en/of Oracle). Als deze ervaring binnen de farmaceutische industrie is ben je misschien wel de perfecte kandidaat, als je dit nog niet hebt, maar wel beschikt over ervaring in een manufacturing organisatie dan nodigen wij je ook uit om te solliciteren. Het is belangrijk dat je zowel goed Nederlands als Engels kunt spreken en schrijven. Je hebt ervaring met project
- en change management en bent comfortabel met de rol van verbinder tussen verschillende stakeholders en afdelingen. Je kunt goed vertrouwen wekken en effectief communiceren en je hebt aandacht voor detail.

Je gaat werken voor een wereldwijde specialist in veterinaire farmaceutica. Ze zijn al meer dan 200 jaar actief. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, productie, marketing en verkoop van hoogwaardige producten voor dierenartsen over de hele wereld. Ze hebben bijna 6000 productregistraties en distribueren hun producten naar bijna 70 landen. Hun hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in het VK en ze hebben kantoren in 25 landen en 7 productielocaties. **De arbeidsvoorwaarden**

Let op Het gaat om een projectfunctie voor de komende 12 maanden. Het is niet zeker dat je hierna binnen de organisatie werkzaam kunt blijven, maar dit is ook zeker niet uitgesloten. Je krijgt wel een arbeidsovereenkomst voor 12 maanden (dus geen freelance/ZZP contract). Het is mogelijk om in deze functie deels hybride te werken. De richtlijn is wel om mínimaal 3 dagen onsite te zijn.
