Credit & Collections Analyst

Dan ben jij wellicht de juiste persoon om het Finance team te versterken als Credit & Collections Analyst. We zoeken een persoon met een sterke persoonlijkheid die gedreven en gestructureerd te werk gaat om de doelen te behalen.
**Wat ga jij doen als Credit & Collections Analyst?**
Dagelijks sta je telefonisch en via de mail in contact met klanten over openstaande posten. Bij de mensen die je spreekt is er sprake van verschillende oorzaken. Is er sprake van een foutje of is er een andere oorzaak aan te wijzen? Jij komt erachter en gaat keer op keer op zoek naar een passende oplossing. Hoewel je af en toe voet bij stuk dient te houden zorg je er graag voor dat iedereen die je spreekt zich na afloop gehoord en geholpen voelt.
Niet alles hoeft in 1 dag te worden opgelost. Soms heb je meer tijd nodig om de juiste oplossing te vinden en toe te passen. Samen met je eigen team en de sales collega’s kom je tot een oplossing. Je staat er nooit alleen voor want je collega’s zijn altijd dichtbij.

- Samenwerken met je collega’s van verschillende afdelingen voor het zo laag mogelijk houden van de openstaande posten;
- Nadenken over verbeteringen van de huidige processen;
- Het coördineren en oplossen van disputen;
- Credit management en het verbeteren van het proces daarvan.
**Dit zoeken wij in jou**:
- Je hebt mbo werk
- en -denkniveau;
- Beschikbaarheid van 32-40 uur per week;
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving;
- Een harde werker en iemand die weet van aanpakken;
- In staat zijn zowel zelfstandig als goed in een team te kunnen functioneren;
- Kennis van Excel en Visma Onguard is een pre;
- In het bezit zijn van goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift.
