Junior Research Manager SPRINT Insights

In 2016, Blauw Research launched the fast-growingSPRINT brand. We are now looking to strengthen our agile research team. The SPRINT agile platform allows our clients to gather feedback from their target audience in a lightning-fast, reliable and affordable way. This allows them to improve and optimize ads,concepts, packaging, web pages, usability and much more within 24 hours.
But what are you actually going to do with us?
Early in your career at SPRINT, you will take a journey of discovery through the various facets of the profession. You will engage in various projects, get acquainted with different research expertise and work closely with our clients. As you grow in your role, you will become increasingly independent and be given more responsibility. We want to achieve the best results together with you and offer you a fast learning curve.
Your duties include:
- Translating the client's research question into a clear research design
- (Proactively) communicate with the client on progress and operational/project management issues
- Perform project management from A to Z
- Getting to work with various software programs for setting up questionnaires and interactive online dashboards
- Analyzing research data into clear and concise results
- Contribute to the realization of SPRINT's plans and strategy
We are looking for someone with:
- You have a passion for agile market research
- You have knowledge of quantitative research
- You have a proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility
- You have the ability to work in a structured way and know how to keep an overview, even in busy periods
- You already have some experience with SPSS, but this is not a requirement
- You are eager to learn, ambitious and have the drive to continuously develop yourself
