We are Blauw Research, a leading research agency in the heart of Rotterdam. We help organizations improve their services and create enthusiastic and loyal customers. Our team is passionate about customer experience and we're looking for a motivated Junior Research Manager CX to join us.

Job Description

As a Junior Research Manager CX, you will be involved in the entire research process from start to finish. You will work closely with our senior researchers to design and execute research projects, analyze data, and present findings to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with senior researchers to develop research designs and methodologies
  • Setting up and managing research projects, including data collection and analysis
  • Analyzing data and presenting findings to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or sociology
  • Experience with research methods and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for customer experience and a desire to make a difference
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €45,000 per year, plus benefits such as health insurance, a pension plan, and 24 vacation days per year. We also offer opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
