40 uur- Marketing**Wat ga je doen als Marketing & Communications Officer?**:
Als Marketing & Communications Officer ben je onderdeel van het Marketing team en speel je een essentiële rol in het creëren en organiseren van diverse marketingactiviteiten. Je werkt samen met alle vestigingen in binnen
- en buitenland. Dagelijks hou je je bezig met het creëren van marketing content volgens de Corporate Identity.

Tot jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden behoren:

- Verantwoordelijk voor alle DTP activiteiten en ondersteuning wereldwijd.
- Grafisch ontwerpen van brochures, posters en nieuwsbrieven volgens de Corporate Identity richtlijnen.
- Het schrijven, editen en ontwerpen van teksten voor zowel online als offline gebruik.
- Coördineren van marketingcommunicatie zoals advertenties, banners, posters.
- Ontwikkeling, uitvoering en coördinatie van de Social Media strategie.
- Organiseren van interne en externe bedrijfsevents.
- Bewaken van de Corporate Identity.
- Onderhouden van het intranet en de bedrijfswebsite.

Je voelt je thuis in deze veelzijdige functie waarin je je creativiteit kwijt kunt. Je hebt passie voor wat we doen als organisatie; neemt initiatief en je werkt graag samen; je hebt een klantgerichte instelling en je beweegt je gemakkelijk in de organisatie om je werk en aanpak met je interne opdrachtgevers te bespreken.

Voor deze functie vragen we van jou:

- HBO denk
- en werkniveau;
- werkervaring met het creëren van visuele en geschreven content;
- goede grafisch ontwerpvaardigheden (kennis van Adobe Creative Cloud applicaties, zoals Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator);
- je hebt een uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- vaardig in het gebruik van Microsoft Office Suite-applicaties;
- affiniteit met de maritieme sector is een pre.

**Wat krijg je hiervoor terug?**:

- Een fulltime baan. (Eventueel is 36 uur per week bespreekbaar);
- een organisatie met korte lijnen waarin beslissingen snel genomen kunnen worden;
- toegang tot online trainingen in verband met jouw eigen ontwikkeling;
- mínimaal 25 vakantiedagen (bij een fulltime dienstverband)
- extra verlofdagen als je niet ziek wordt;
- reiskostenvergoeding (ons kantoor is goed bereikbaar met het OV, maar er is ook voldoende parkeergelegenheid);
- dagelijks een goed verzorgde lunch met saladebar;
- goede pensioenregeling waar je zelf maar een kleine bijdrage voor betaalt;
- regelmatig worden er leuke activiteiten georganiseerd.
