**Aim of the job**:
- With a ‘brand CEO’ mindset, lead and execute the brand growth agenda, delivering the brand’s business targets and performance expectations.
- Working as part of the global category team and in strong collaboration with the markets (who are responsible for execution) create and deliver a winning digital-first brand growth plan, which will accelerate sales, share and brand equity.
- The role has a global remit, with a focus on designing for and winning in the critical markets.
**Responsibilites**:
- Build the global 3 year brand growth plan and drive the performance in line with this plan, in collaboration with the markets.
- Create the global brand growth model, producing all hero brand assets and guidelines. This includes:
- Strong articulation of a winning brand purpose, with differentiated claims and a strong visual brand language.
- Working in partnership with the Digestive & Intimate Health Squad content manager, deliver a winning digital-first communications plan, covering always-on and campaign needs. Including an ecosystem of hero content (primarily for digital channels) to win the moments that matter on the path to purchase.
- Digital-first media guidelines for local execution
- Innovation pipeline, in line with the required rate and pace to win in the market. Including new products, line extensions, upgrades and price/pack/channel solutions to maximise physical availability, especially in E-Commerce.
- Executional guidelines, including pricing and promo guidelines.
- Lead cross functional internal and external team to create and deliver best in class brand assets.
- Analyse global and local brand performance, identifying drivers (to double-down on,) drainers (to fix,) quickly driving corrective action. Share best practice across markets
**Requirements**:
- Experience with successful brand building and P&L management in competitive categories; growing sales, margin, share and equity.
- Ability to strongly contribute to brand planning - at a local and, ideally global, level.
- Experience in developing and executing new growth-driving creative ideas and initiatives, derived from powerful data-driven insight.
- Leadership capability in the development and delivery of successful integrated digital campaigns in collaboration with external agencies, as part of broader connections plans and based on performance tracking.
- Capability to create fit-for purpose brand programmes and implement them consistently across touchpoints and markets.
- Ability to develop and execute winning innovation and new price/pack/channel range solutions, including flawless delivery of global launches.
- Ability to deliver brand performance and leading complex cross-functional initiatives with successful outcomes, within a remote matrix organisation.
- Commercial acumen with experience in P&L leadership/budget management, pricing and COGs strategy development.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven, performance approach.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
