Are you a student in Human Resource Management, looking for an internship in an international and diverse work environment? IDA Foundation offers a great opportunity for personal growth and a good start to your career as an HR professional
We are currently seeking a proactive intern to join our HR department starting in August/September 2024.
Our HR team at IDA Foundation bridges both The Netherlands and India, but for this internship, you will be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. You'll work closely with our HR Team.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting with HR operations, including inflow, promotions, and outflow;
- Serving as the initial point of contact for all employees;
- Facilitating the onboarding of new team members;
- Supporting and, at times, leading specific tasks and projects, such as job profiles and implementing new HRIS solutions.

Who We're Looking For:
- You are a second or third year student of a MBO or HBO HRM study;
- You are available for 5 to 6 months, 4-5 days a week;
- You think in terms of solutions, have a positive attitude and can provide us with fresh ideas;
- You're a team player, detail-oriented, and not afraid to ask questions or approach others;
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
