As our Program Director, we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in leading programs and managing Project Managers and PMOs.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and project portfolio management (PPM) practices including tooling (eg, JIRA).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Experience with digital tools and technologies relevant to the organization’s industry.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) and agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) is a plus.

**Your role as Program Director**- **Strategic Leadership**:

- o Build the Program Management Office and lead programs and projects that are part of our digital transformation- o Align digital initiatives with the organization’s business objectives and strategic goals.- o Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and agile thinking within the PMO and across the organization.- **Program Management**:

- o Oversee the planning, execution, interdependencies and delivery of the organization’s portfolio of digital projects and programs.- o Ensure all projects and programs are managed consistently and are aligned with the organization's goals.- o Monitor and report on the progress, risks, and issues of digital initiatives to senior leadership.- **Agile and PPM Maturity**:

- o Enhance the overall project portfolio management (PPM) maturity within the organization.- o Implement and refine methodologies, processes, and tools to improve project and program delivery.- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, product, and finance, to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.- o Act as a liaison between senior leadership and project teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.- **Resource Management**:

- o Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects.
