The Logistics Assistant is responsible for the logístical processing of administrative tasks, including creating courier labels, pickups, quotes and adding information to the different systems. **This is a temporary position - 6 months to help support the logistics team.**

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Create and process courier labels.
- Generate pickups for the couriers.
- Provide freight quotes.
- Update systems with the information required.
- Assist other team members with other tasks.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- 0 to 1 years of experience in admin / logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-up
- Work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the metric system, multi-currency transactions, time zones, and geography
- English is our business language and Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages is preferred.
