For our Human Resources Department in Born we are looking for an intern. As a HR intern you will become a member of our HR Team and will be involved in all kind of projects and activities. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR.

**What You'll Do**:
As an HR intern at MME, you'll dive into the world of Human Resources and get the chance to make a real impact. You'll support our HR team in Born with various exciting projects and daily activities. No two days are the same

**Your Mission**:

- HR Projects: Participate in projects like Talent Management, Learning & Development, Job Evaluation, Organisation Structure and sustainable employability. You are the key to keeping everything running smoothly
- HR Activities: Assist with updating our employee handbook, recruitment, onboarding, and much more. Your fresh ideas are more than welcome

**What you bring**:

- Master or (post) Bachelor internship in Human Resources, Economics or Business Administration.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, proactive attitude and ability to multitask
- Professional level of Dutch and English language.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent analytic skills
