**Functieomschrijving**
Als Financial Support medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toetsen van de volledigheid van ingediende declaraties, toetsen van een aanvraag van een reisaanvraag op toereikend budget, ondersteunen bij het verzorgen van verkoopfacturen en interne doorbelastingen. Je voert Financiële administratieve werkzaamheden uit ten behoeve van de gehele TU/e of onderdelen daarvan. Met als doel een juiste (administratieve) verwerking en vastlegging van gegevens. Deze werkzaamheden voer je samen met meerdere collega’s, binnen het Financial Support Team (FST). Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor financiële administratieve vragen. Het FST is namelijk bereikbaar voor collega's binnen de TU/e met vragen over de administratieve processen.
**Wat ga je doen?**
- Ondersteunen met de voortgang van financiële processen, inclusief rework;
- Controleren van reisaanvragen en het verwerken van reisdeclaraties;
- Verrekenen van voorschotten, verzorgen van verkoop facturen;
- Debiteuren bewaking;
- Contact leggen tussen debiteur en de business. Daarmee kennis en capaciteit toevoegen aan de lastige dossiers van Debiteuren bewaking;
- Afhandelen van doorbelastingen;
- Reisverzekeringsvraag (Claim) begeleiden vanuit aanvrager naar Grootboek (Treasury ondersteuning).
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor financiële administratieve vragen. Het FS team is namelijk bereikbaar voor collega's binnen de TU/e met vragen over de administratieve processen.
- Je geeft uitleg over administratieve processen aan gebruikers/deelnemers van die processen, vooral bij nieuwe collega's.

Wij bieden:

- Een maandsalaris van mínimaal €2.618;
- tot maximaal €3.298;
- bij een fulltime dienstverband, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring (schaal 6 cao Nederlandse Universiteiten).
- Aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 41 vakantiedagen bij een 40-urige werkweek, 8% vakantiegeld, 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering, een ruime werkgeversbijdrage aan de ABP-pensioenregeling, een keuzemodel voor extra secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en betaald ouderschapsverlof.
- Bij de start betreft het een tijdelijk contract voor de periode van één jaar, met uitzicht op een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd;
- Leren en ontwikkelen vinden we belangrijk. Daarom bieden we je gratis toegang tot trainingsprogramma's en een gunstige regeling voor werk-gerelateerd studeren.
- Parttime, flexibel en deels remote werken is ook mogelijk in deze positie. De TU/e ondersteunt dit met een thuiswerkvergoeding van €2;
- per thuiswerkdag gegeven en een internetvergoeding van €25;
- per maand.
