**Financial Administrative employee at team5pm**

As a Financial Administrator at Team5pm, you will be responsible for the daily financial administration and work closely with the finance manager. You play a crucial role in managing financial processes and ensure that accounting is accurate and up to date. You will work in a dynamic international environment where accuracy and proactivity are key.
- Processing purchase and sales invoices.
- Recording bank statements and making payments.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closings.
- Preparing financial reports for management.
- Maintaining contact with suppliers and customers about payments and invoices.
- Continuously optimizing financial processes (P2P and O2C).
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial administration.

**What we’re looking for**:
You are precise, proactive, and can work independently. You have a passion for numbers and are not afraid to suggest improvements in financial processes. Since Team5pm operates internationally, it is important that you can communicate in both Dutch and English.

Requirements;
- A completed MBO or HBO education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a financial role.
- Experience with financial software (such as Exact Online, AFAS, etc.).
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.
- Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
