Management Assistant Finance

**As our Management Assistant Finance**: will you support and perform various secretarial activities for the management (Chief Financial Officer and Group Controller) as well as support activities for the Group Finance Team. In this role, you will be involved in a diversity of activities that are part of a dynamic organization.

**You will**:

- Preparation, management as well as attendance and follow-up of meetings and workshops
- Support of Chief Financial Officer, Group Controller, and managers within Finance.
- Calendar and meeting management and office administration (eg creating purchase orders for Finance)
- Responsible for Know Your Client procedures and the administrative part of maintaining the group juridical structure.
- Responsible for administrative aspects and support with maintaining the group insurance policies and programs.
- Support role in Finance projects (e.g., contract management)
- Working in a highly dynamic environment with a multitude of stakeholders
