Ons managementteam heeft dagelijks een enorme invloed op onze klanten, het team en ons bedrijf.
Zij geven leiding, trainen het team, verkopen, inspireren, lossen problemen op en nog veel meer.

**KEY PLAYER**

Je werkt nauw samen met de Store Manager, daardoor is het rapporteren en het communiceren ontzettend belangrijk.
Je stimuleert consequent samen met de Store Manager de samenwerking in het team. Bij de afwezigheid van de Manager kan het team op jou vertrouwen, en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt. Jouw gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid staat altijd centraal bij het ondersteunen en managen van jouw team.

**PRODUCTEXPERT**

Je bent toegewijd aan onze producten en zorgt ervoor dat de winkel aantrekkelijk is voor onze klanten.

Jij staat op een vlekkeloze presentatie van de winkel. En je bent tenslotte een ware ambassadeur van het merk Skechers die onze producten en technologieën aanprijst bij onze klanten.

**BEGELEIDER**

Trainer, coach en BEGELEIDER Een Stock Manager zorgt voor de supervisie van buitengewone persoonlijke prestaties, stimuleert de samenwerking in een team en ziet erop toe dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt. Je bent altijd up-to-date over alle nieuwtjes, je hebt inzicht, en bent van nature een geboren planner

**Functie-eisen**
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je weet hoe je de verkoop kunt stimuleren en ervoor kunt zorgen dat jouw winkel de targets kan behalen.
- Jouw team is een essentiële factor voor jouw verkoopresultaten en jouw klantenrelaties, en daarom ben je goed in staat om talent te detecteren en te stimuleren.
- Je bent altijd efficiënt en effectief, je weet prioriteiten te stellen en je bent in staat om flexibel te reageren op onvoorziene omstandigheden
- Communicatie is belangrijk voor jou en je beschikt over de vaardigheid om informatie over te dragen en je team aan te sturen.
- Je hebt ervaring in de detailhandel /logistiek, en je staat open voor feedback om jezelf te kunnen blijven ontwikkelen.
- Flexibel
