As a Product Researcher you specialize in researching and analyzing digital product customer journeys to identify market trends and customer preferences, and bring these insights into the Product teams to ensure we create the most impactful products. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to determine which improvements to the customer journey should be made. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support. So, it won’t be just your job that’ll inspire you - so will the positive impact you’ll be helping to make.

**As a Product Researcher, you’ll**:

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using various methods, translate the insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product improvements, feature enhancement and new product development.
- Lead user-centric initiatives by identifying problems based on user feedback and research, and propose user-centric solutions.
- Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, best practices in product research and user experience design to inform product development decisions.
- Collaborate closely with your Product Designer and cross-functional product teams to ensure alignment and integration of research insights into product roadmaps and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**You’d describe yourself as follows**:

- You have a master's degree in business and/or social sciences with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with qualitative and quantitative research.
- You have experience working with various research methods and tools such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing and analytics tools.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- You have the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to achieve collective goals and drive impactful results.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**About the department**:
The brand-new Group Product department will be entirely focused on developing, innovating and driving forward digital products right across the Postcode Lottery Group and locally. This includes things like developing websites, mobile apps and internal software, such as our customer service agent tool. By collaborating across each of the Postcode Lottery countries, we can use the same technology and blueprints to build our products which will mean faster and more efficient development. The department exists of the following: Product Management, Product Design, Agile Team Performance and Product Research.
