Samen met jouw manager en team ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor een Vascobelo locatie. Je wilt een inspirerende omgeving creëren waar je collega's en gasten de hoogste prioriteit hebben. Je hebt een helicopterview, waardoor je altijd ziet wat het beste is voor je gasten, medewerkers en het bedrijf. Leading by example is hoe je je team motiveert en traint; je laat ze de weg zien terwijl je ze ondersteunt bij operationele werkzaamheden. **Wat wij zoeken**:

- Je hebt mínimaal 1 jaar relevante horeca ervaring
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je locatie en zorgt samen met je manager voor een soepele gang van zaken
- Teamleden aannemen, coachen en in staat stellen hun doelen te bereiken en hun potentieel te maximaliseren
- Creëer een positieve en productieve teamomgeving
- De set KPI's beheren via ons real-time beheer systeem
- Deelnemen aan alle aspecten van gastvrijheid: serveren, eten en drinken bereiden
- Alle gasten verwelkomen en een snelle en vriendelijke service bieden
- Zich houden aan alle voedsel & drank recepten en presentatie eisen
- Ondersteunen van je manager bij dagelijkse taken en administratieve taken (zoals budgettering, planning, bestellingen, inventaris, voedselveiligheid en hygiëne)
- Een schone en georganiseerde werkplek onderhouden
- Ervoor zorgen dat alle teamleden alle operationele beleidslijnen en procedures volgen
- Draagt bij aan een positieve team werkcultuur door respectvol en effectief met iedereen te communiceren
- Je woont in Nederland, beheerst de Nederlands taal en bent in het bezit van het Nederlandse BSN
