We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated maintenance assistant to join our team.
As a maintenance assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the facilities and providing a comfortable environment for our guests. You will work closely with the maintenance team and report to the assistant or Chief Engineer.
**Responsibilities**:
- Informing guests and colleagues about planned work and its progress.- Correct use and maintenance of necessary materials and equipment.- Performing maintenance and light technical tasks and cleaning duties- Working safely and environmentally consciously according to applicable guidelines.- Planning, reporting, and keeping track of completed tasks.- Assisting colleagues when necessary.- Maintaining an orderly and tidy workplace.- Carefully adhering to safety regulations.- Providing general support to the Technical Department.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cleaning work.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and KNOW Mobile.- Good command of the English language, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.- Ability to perform tasks independently and willingness to learn.- Flexibility in working hours and availability on Saturdays.
