Sodastream is looking for a precise and structured **Supply Chain Administrator**, who will support our Supply Chain team in their daily work for our 2 factories at the Netherlands Logistics Center (NLC) in Tilburg: The Assembly Operations and GAS Filling.
The **Supply Chain Administrator** takes care of the administration for inbound and outbound shipments for both factories. For a smooth process clear communication with suppliers, transport agents, customs and internal stakeholders is required.
Your detail orientated view and excellent collaboration skills will enable you to contribute to a strong and winning team You will be part of the logistics team within the Supply Chain department.
**Job description, in this position you**:
- Control and file orders for inbound and outbound, while you align planning with inbound operations, so reception of goods can go smoothly.
- Take care of Purchase Orders for incoming goods and check the invoices.
- Clearly communicate with suppliers, transport agents, customs and internal stakeholders
- Take care of planning the deliveries
- Stock count: support for all stock takes, cycle counts
- Recognize and anticipate on operational risks and takes appropriate action where needed
- Are responsible for all outbound parcel shipment send from NLC
- Support in logistic projects
During your tasks you always look at ways to improve the processes, you try to optimize the way of working and the flow of goods.
**Requirements**:
**What we would like to see from you**:
- Practical education / MBO level is required, preferably in the field of supply chain or logistics
- Experience in working with MS Office is required
- advanced level of Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
- Experience with our ERP system Oracle is a pre
- You have experience working in an office environment with administrative tasks, preferably within supply chain.
- You are detail orientated, precise and structured in your work and you enjoy working closely with your team.
- Good level of English language is required, (basic) Dutch is a plus
