What Will You Be Doing?
- **Quality at the Forefront**: As the focal point for QA/QC, you’ll ensure that all quality control data is meticulously reviewed and that corrective actions are swiftly implemented.
- **Leadership & Development**: Lead and train a team of analysts and technicians, ensuring that they are always equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee lab assignments, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with regional management and teams across Europe, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Is This You?
- **Experience & Expertise**: Do you have at least 7 years of experience in a comparable role, with a solid background in the TIC industry?
- **Problem-Solver**: Are you someone who can tackle technical issues head-on and ensure accurate analysis at all times?
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Can you manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining superior organizational skills?
- **A Team Player & Leader**: Do you have what it takes to manage a team, while also working independently when needed?
