Are you a seasoned operations professional looking to take your career to the next level at Amazon Europe Core? As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of our operational processes. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate the activities of our team members during their shifts.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our Shift/Area Managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support Shift/Area Managers in planning and executing daily tasks to achieve operational excellence
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and workflow metrics
  • Conduct regular training sessions to equip team members with necessary skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address common issues and improve processes
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an operational environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Dutch (C1 CEFR) and upper intermediate English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
