Wij zijn **umob** Een Rotterdamse start-up met een groeiend team van meer dan 20 mensen en 10 nationaliteiten + Growing. Een gepassioneerde groep met een bak aan skills en ervaring in diverse branches. Van deelmobiliteit tot de bankenwereld, en van private equity tot tech (Amazon, Paypal & Lepaya). En what do we have in common? We hebben allen de drive om de manier waarop van reizen te veranderen. Gemakkelijker, sneller & duurzamer.

Deelmobiliteit heeft de afgelopen jaren een enorme groei doorgemaakt, met aanbieders die als paddenstoelen uit de grond schieten. Dit terwijl de huidige markt verzadigd raakt en het voor consumenten nog niet gebruiksvriendelijk is, laat staan voor toeristen (Que?). Een overload aan app en informatie, verschil in user-experience and fear of missing out voor de beste prijs en meest convenient route. Alleen in Nederland heb je meer dan 10 apps met losse verificaties om van A naar B te komen, helemaal als je de grens overgaat. Dat moet slimmer, makkelijker, sneller en goedkoper Et voilà: na maanden bouwen aan een prachtig platform is umob sinds de zomer van 2023 live. Met ons interne techteam werken we hard aan de volledige integratie van partners zoals Cooltra, felyx, Lime, BIRD, GO-Sharing, Check, Bolt, en NS, aan het verbeteren van de software en de schaalbaarheid, maar natuurlijk ook aan het testen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe features. Samen met overheden, gemeenten en slimme partnerships brengen wij autoloze, groene steden en duurzame mobiliteit binnen handbereik voor iedereen. Nu de basis staat, is het tijd om op de daken te klimmen en ons verhaal te verspreiden. Voel je het bruggetje al aankomen?

- Samen steden en landen over de hele wereld groener en leefbaarder maken;

Klaar om in het diepe te springen? De perfecte **Head of Growth** is meer dan bereid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en onze bestaande strategie over te nemen om deze naar een hoger niveau te tillen. We zijn nieuw in de markt en dat vraagt om topkwaliteit in het beheer van onze strategie, funnel, kanalen en samenwerkingen met externe marketeers. De juiste boodschap, via het juiste kanaal, op het juiste moment; het klinkt zo makkelijk. Maar net als met topsport, hoe gemakkelijker iets eruit ziet; hoe complexer het daadwerkelijk is. Dat is jou bekend, en daar krijg je energie van.

Als **Head of Growth bij umob **speel je een cruciale rol bij het opzetten van een creatieve en effectieve groeistrategie waarmee we ons kunnen onderscheiden in het digitale landschap. Je hebt veel vrijheid, rapporteert direct aan onze CEO Bibi en werkt nauw samen met ons product en content team. Jouw missie? Ervoor te zorgen dat umob dé mobiliteitsapp wordt op ieders telefoon en dat we een loyale fanbase opbouwen. Je excelleert in de flow van download naar eerste rit, en de ritten die daarna volgen. Je hebt een grote impact op belangrijke statistieken zoals actieve gebruikers, ritten, LTV, en klanttevredenheid. Je neemt graag het voortouw en werkt proactief om onze doelen te bereiken. Naast de 'numbers game' beheer je ook digitale campagnes, van ontwerp en lancering tot analyse en het presenteren van de resultaten aan het management team. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, ook om je eigen team op te bouwen.

- Je kent het klappen van de zweep, of dat nu is door een Marketing opleiding, ervaring bij succesvolle start
- & scaleups, of een combinatie;
- Bekend met b2c performance (app)marketing, lokale en nationale go-to-market strategieën, en tools zoals Mixpanel, etc.;
- Vertrouwd met metrics zoals; conversie, ROI, CPI, actieve gebruikers, customer ratings, conversie, retentie, CAC, LTV, etc.;
- Bonuspunten: ervaring met verschillende kanalen en advertenties tools van: TV tot OOH & Google Ads/Analytics, Apple Search Ads, Meta Business Center, TikTok & YouTube;
