**About the position**

We are recruiting a Head of Brands to define and execute a global vision to ensure development & strategic alignment, all to shape the future growth of our historic brands.

This position is a Developed Market role that reports into the Developed market CMO.

Will you define the three year strategy and also develop local, short term opportunities?

At Flora Food Group, we all work hands-on and have a 'roll up the sleeves' mentality. You will roll out a Marketing plan on our brands, including positioning, innovation and connection with all internal and external stakeholders. You will shape the growth strategy for the Brands like Flora, Blueband and more. You define the corresponding communication strategies, create content and brand and campaign assets for regional and clusters of local power brands in close partnership with the countries we operate in

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**

We are looking for an experienced, driven, senior marketing lead with 10-15 years' experience working on both global and local marketing initiatives. You bring a track record of driving strategic and operational change, delivering improved business and creating bold campaigns. You bring positive energy, drive to succeed and you bring motivation to build and develop strong performing teams. You bring experience from working in a matrix organization & ability to work remotely across international geographies and teams. You need to be able to execute while being a strategic thinker.
