**About the Role**

The Uber for Business team is looking for a sharp and highly motivated people manager who can drive the growth strategy for our implementation process and existing business across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will lead the Implementation Team, a post-sales customer-facing team made up of 11 Implementation Leads across EMEA markets. You will lead the team to drive the adoption and growth strategy to ensure they succeed in launching, retaining and growing our U4B clients.

You will be responsible for providing the strategy, framework and leadership to ensure successful launches of new logos as well as expanding adoption of U4B within our existing business.
- Lead the team of 11 Implementation Leads across EMEA, which are located across our priority markets
- Bring further structure, consistency and quality to the processes we use to launch new clients
- Identify programs at scale that should be run by the Implementation Team to further grow existing accounts
- Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure a successful onboarding, launch, and long-term success of our clients programs

**Basic Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- Operationally-minded and able to improve our implementation processes at scale across EMEA

**Preferred Qualifications**
- B2B sales experience with exposure to understanding the full sales lifecycle
- Track record of proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
- People management experience
