A new startup company is looking for a passionate pastry chef or confectioner to join our team and grow with us. We're starting with 5 delicious recipes and have big plans to expand, including opening our own shop and launching even more products. This is your opportunity to be part of something from the ground up, contribute to product development, and grow alongside our company

What are you going to do?

- Prepare artisanal chocolate products following our recipes, using both manual and mechanical tools.
- Determine oven temperatures, baking times, and ensure products are perfectly finished down to the smallest details.
- Work independently while ensuring product quality by checking consistency, weight, and appearance.
- Keep track of production dates, product types, and quantities.
- Contribute to product development and process optimization for the company.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with hygiene standards and procedures.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records for raw materials and finished products.
- Organize and oversee product transportation.

This new chocolate company was born from a lifelong dream, supported by extensive research in Switzerland, the birthplace of the finest chocolate. The company was founded with great ambitions to enter the market with five unique flavors that will form the foundation of its product range. But this is just the beginning.

With a vision focused on growth, the product range will be expanded in the future with various new products and flavors. Additionally, there is an ambition to open multiple locations over time and position the brand as a leading name in the chocolate market.

What do we ask?

- You have a formal education as a pastry chef or confectioner.
- You have experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment.
- You have a passion for crafting high-quality products and pay close attention to detail.
- You are results-driven and work meticulously following recipes.
- You possess excellent communication skills and work well in a team.
- You are proficient in either Dutch or English.
