Administrative Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Support professional to join our team at Applied Medical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track business opportunities across healthcare procurement portals, ensuring timely communication with the sales and management teams.
- Understand and adhere to tender submission instructions, collecting required documentation and preparing tender proposals using approved templates.
- Submit offers via the designated healthcare procurement portal, meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain accurate documentation, price lists, and customer information, notifying customers of any price or product changes.
- Timely notify the Senior or Team Leader of any obstacles or challenges in the process.
- Support the local Portuguese sales team by sending price quotations, sales brochures, and samples as required.
- Translate English documents into Portuguese, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- At least 1 year of experience in a back office role, preferably in Customer Service or Sales Support.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in European Portuguese and English.
- Very good understanding of written texts, including complex legal language.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
