Administrative Coordinator for Healthcare Procurement

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Applied Medical. This role will involve coordinating the tender process, monitoring business opportunities, and supporting our sales team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, with a focus on healthcare procurement. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring relevant business opportunities across healthcare procurement portals and sharing tender requirements with the sales and management teams.
  • Understanding tender instructions and planning the offer submission according to the tender procedure and timeline, using approved content and templates.
  • Liaising with the local Sales team and different internal departments to collect requested documentation.
  • Submitting tenders via the healthcare procurement portal chosen by the hospital within the deadline.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and price lists, and informing customers of any price and product changes.
  • Timely notifying any obstacles in the process to the Senior or Team Leader.
  • Supporting our local French sales team by providing price quotations, sales brochures, and samples when required.
  • Translating English documents into French.
What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree level.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in an office-based, administrative role.
  • Near-native oral and written communication skills in French.
  • A very good understanding of written texts, including complex legal language.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • A strong affinity with sales support.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications.
